GUIDE

Include the picture someone would need. Leave out what does not belong.

ForeverBinder is a structured multipage report on Paid plans. Include the information you want organized: property, accounts, insurance, debts, legal documents, contacts, and instructions. You enter that information. The report is not a will and not a trust. Saving it does not share it. Wallet cards, IDs, and logins do not belong in the report, and a card verification code should not be stored at all.

Include these subjects

Property and accounts

Homes, land, vehicles, and other property, with where the deed or title is kept. Bank, retirement, and investment accounts, with the institution.

Insurance and debts

Life, home, and other policies, with the company and a way to identify the policy. Loans and other debts, with whom to call.

Documents, contacts, and instructions

Note the legal documents you already have, such as a will, a power of attorney, or a healthcare direction, and where the signed original is kept if one is required.

Leave these out

Wallet secrets

Wallet is separate. It holds cards, IDs, and logins behind a 6-digit PIN. Wallet is not opened by ForeverBinder, by an individual share, by Legacy Share, or by a Trusted Contact.

A will you have not signed

If you do not have a document yet, ForeverBinder cannot create one. ForeverVault is not a law firm. Free templates on the forms page are general templates, not state statutory forms, and are not guaranteed to satisfy the law where you live.

The entire vault

The report is a structured summary of what you enter. It is not a dump of every vault file, and it is not an email package of the vault.

After you fill it in

Nothing is sent automatically

Creating or updating ForeverBinder does not send or release it. If you want a person to receive designated vault content, set a share. Recipients need a ForeverVault account on the email you designate.

Update when life changes

Replace outdated property, account, insurance, debt, and contact details. On an eligible Paid plan, an updated ForeverBinder may be built after prolonged inactivity.

Paid plans only

ForeverBinder is part of current Paid plans, monthly, yearly, and Lifetime, and of grandfathered Platinum. Free can still hold three Vault items and 500 MB, plus sharing and a Trusted Contact designation.

ForeverVault stores and organizes information. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not create wills or other legal documents.
