FOREVERVAULT LLC

About

A digital estate vault so a family can find the will and the papers around it. Not a law firm. Not legal advice.

Why it exists

Andres Montejo is an attorney. Clients kept asking the same thing: when something happens, where does the family go?

One place

The will, the trust, the deed, a note. Encrypted before it leaves the browser. Free to store the will.

The right person

Share a paper now, later, or after you are gone. Or name someone you trust. See sharing.

Not a law firm

ForeverVault does not write your will or send you a lawyer. Find an attorney on the site if you need one.

The founder

Andres Montejo, founder of ForeverVault

Andres Montejo, founder. Florida attorney. Admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.

A Juris Doctor, and degrees in computer programming and business administration.

He spent years helping people set up estates. The papers were done. The family still could not find them. That is the hole ForeverVault fills.

Free accounts exist so someone can store a will today. Paid adds ForeverBinder — the packet family and attorney open — and more room. See ForeverBinder.

How the vault is kept

  • Files are encrypted in the browser before upload.
  • Staff do not browse vaults. Files are not used for ads or model training.
  • The default account keeps a recovery key so a forgotten password can be reset and a share you set up can be delivered.
  • That key is used only for those jobs. Every use is logged.
  • Zero-knowledge is optional, not the default. Create the account that way, or move it later on Security. Then Forgot password will not restore the vault, and shares must be Sealed to another ForeverVault account.
