Paid features stop. The files are not deleted that day.

ForeverVault Paid plans are monthly, yearly, or Lifetime. Paid access includes unlimited Vault items, 10 GB of storage, an unlimited Wallet, ForeverBinder, and blockchain proof. Free includes three Vault items, 500 MB, a Wallet for three cards, IDs, or logins, sharing, and Trusted Contact designation. When a paid period ends, what happens next depends on how you pay.

Stripe monthly and yearly plans

The account returns to Free

When a Stripe monthly or yearly subscription ends, Paid features stop and the account returns to Free. Files are not deleted on the day the subscription ends. You can still sign in.

The 30-day window

If Paid is not started again within 30 days, the account and its files may be deleted. That timer is tied to the ended Stripe subscription.

When deletion is not scheduled

If another ForeverVault account has shared items with this one, the account stays on Free and that deletion is not scheduled. Sharing you sent to yourself does not count. Lifetime does not expire on this 30-day schedule.

Other ways of paying

Lifetime

A Lifetime plan does not run out on the monthly or yearly Stripe calendar, and it does not follow that 30-day deletion timer.

Apple and Google

Apple and Google subscriptions are managed in the App Store and Google Play. They do not follow the Stripe deletion timer described above. Cancel, change, or restore those subscriptions in the store where you started them.

What Free still includes

After a return to Free, the Free limits apply: three Vault items, 500 MB, and a Wallet for three cards, IDs, or logins, plus sharing and Trusted Contact designation.

What an ended plan does not do

It does not release the vault

The end of a subscription does not send ForeverBinder, release designated shares, or open the vault for someone else. Inactivity does not do those things either.

Downloads already made

If you revoke a share or a Trusted Contact, future access stops. Revocation cannot delete a file that person already downloaded. Plan status does not erase copies that left ForeverVault.

Read the date you were given

If a deletion date is scheduled after a Stripe subscription ends, the notice names that date. Starting a Paid plan again is what stops that schedule. This page describes the product rules.
