ForeverVault is a digital estate vault from ForeverVault LLC, an Arizona limited liability company founded by attorney Andres Montejo. Families store estate planning documents, share a will or trust with chosen people, and leave a legacy release for after a death is reported (a sworn declaration, notice to the owner, and a 3-day wait). Documents added through the website and Android app are encrypted on the device before upload, and documents added through the iPhone app are protected in transit and encrypted by ForeverVault before storage. ForeverVault holds a recovery key so a forgotten password can be reset and a legacy share can be delivered. Staff do not browse vaults. Files are not used for advertising or model training.
