ForeverBinder is a report you create. It is not a will.
ForeverVault is the vault. ForeverBinder is a structured multipage report created from information you enter, on Paid plans. It organizes property, accounts, insurance, debts, legal documents, contacts, and instructions. It is not a will, a trust, or any other legal instrument. Creating it does not send it. Updating it does not release it. A sample PDF is available at forevervault.com/foreverbinder/sample.pdf.
What the report is
Information you enter
You type or select the details that belong in the report. ForeverBinder organizes that information into a multipage report. It does not draft a will, and it does not decide who inherits.
What it can cover
Property, accounts, insurance, debts, legal documents you already have, important contacts, and instructions. Use it to put the complete picture in one report. The vault can still hold the underlying documents.
Who it is for
You build it for the people who may need the picture later: family, someone you trust, or legal counsel. Building the report does not deliver it to them.
What creating it does not do
It does not send itself
Creating or updating ForeverBinder does not send or release it, and it does not notify anyone by itself. On an eligible Paid plan, an updated ForeverBinder may be built after prolonged inactivity.
Inactivity is not a release
Inactivity does not release a document, send ForeverBinder, or establish that you have died. ForeverVault may send verification notices. Lack of response may notify Trusted Contacts, restrict the account, or mark it inactive.
It is not the whole vault
A death report does not open the entire vault, and ForeverBinder is not a package of every file you stored. Legacy Share releases only designated content, and only after its own steps.
Who can create one
Paid plans
ForeverBinder is included with Paid plans: monthly, yearly, and Lifetime, and with grandfathered Platinum. Free includes three Vault items, 500 MB, a Wallet for three items, sharing, and Trusted Contact designation.
You can replace details
When you sell a house, change a policy, or name a different contact, update the information and the report can be built again from what you entered.

Open the sample PDF at forevervault.com/foreverbinder/sample.pdf in a new tab, or read the ForeverBinder page. The sample shows the kind of report.
ForeverVault stores and organizes information. It does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not create wills or other legal documents.
